The City of Helsinki is planningKatajanokka Primary and Children's Day Care Center for the implementation of renovation work as a target and roofing project management contract.building systems and repair the exterior diapers and windows of the buildings. The project also aims to improve indoor air conditions and energy efficiency. The project corrects accessibility deficiencies.The buildings are located on adjacent plots in Helsinki at Navaluja 4 and 6.
The buildings are located in the Merikasarmi area of Katajanokka, which is historically, culturally and city -valuable. Katajanokka Primary Building is protected in the town planwith SR-1 and SR-2. The LPK Pilot building is protected in the town plan by SR-2.
