The acquisition focuses on HCS-V wagons manufactured by Hanning & Kahl for 70 Artic (MLNRV3) single tram tram. Delivery of wagon devices is dealt with 8/2025-10/2026 periods of eight items.Helsing Traffic Rail Traffic Railboard Shift Systemhas been defined as compatible with HCS-V wagons manufactured by Hanning & Kahl and Artic (MLNRV3) trams have been built at the factory pre-installation readiness for Hanning & Kahl HCS-V Wagons.choose a direct procurement if no applications for participation or tenders have been obtained in the previous procedure, or applicable applications for participation or tenders; The additional condition is that the original terms of the invitation to tender would not be substantially changed.and on TED 28.3.2025 about the acquisition of "25h25 HCS-V Wagon Devices".
