Description:
This notification is a prior notice. This notification is not a contract notice, the invitation to tender and the publication of the notification will not begin the tender. The pre -notice is intended to provide pre -information on future acquisition. The City of Helsinki is planning a Vartiokyla elementary and kindergartenReplacing the implementation of a new building as a target price project management contract. The school and kindergarten to be built in East Helsinki (Kiviportintie 10, 00950 Helsinki) in the Vartiokyla districtDesigned to be 11276 gross square meters and is designed to be 9323 HTM2. The construction site is empty after the subscriber dismantled the previous school and kindergarten building on the site and removed the emergency space of the previous school. The construction work is to start in October 2025 andCompleted in October 2027. The procurement procedure is initially planned to use an open procedure. The aim is to publish the contract notice in early May 2025. The offer time is planned to continue until August 2025. The aim of the contractor selection is to progress until September 2025by.works
