Description:
This notification is a prior notice. This notification is not a contract notice, the invitation to tender and the publication of the notification will not begin the tender. The City of Helsinki is planning a Vartiokyla elementary and kindergartenReplacing the implementation of the new building as a target price project management contract.The school and day care center, which is mainly built in East Helsinki (Kiviportintie 10, Helsinki), in the district of the Guard VillageDesigned to be 11276 gross square meters and is designed to be 9323 HTM2. The construction site is empty after the subscriber dismantled the previous school and kindergarten building on the site and removed the emergency space of the previous school. The construction work is to start in October 2025 andCompleted in October 2027. The procurement procedure has been initially planned for an open procedure. The offer time is planned to continue until August 2025. The aim of the contractor selection is to progress until September 2025by.
