• Description:
• The city of Kokkola is planning a procurement that exceeds the EU threshold, which concerns pre-primary and basic education school transport services in the area of ​​the procurement unit. The procurement is planned to also include service traffic and order transport to the airport. The new ones the target start date of the contract periods is January 1, 2027. The object of the procurement is school transportation for preschool and elementary education in the city of Kokkola on working days of schools and preschools. The procurement is planned to be divided into several parts, and there are approximately 13 parts target. Bidders can bid for one or more destinations. It is planned to include service traffic and airport transportation in one of the procurement targets in the Kanta-Kokkola area. There is a need for about five M2 in this destination and/or for an M3 class car, which will be specified in the published call for tenders. In other destinations, the equipment requirement varies between approx. 1-3 vehicles depending on the destination. The basic contract period for the procurement is 1 January 2027-30 June 2030. In addition, the procurement unit reserves the option to use one or more option periods. The duration, content, amount and terms of use of the options are defined in the request for tender. Procurement is carried out through an open procedure.
