Description:
Fortum Group hereby starts the tendering prequalification phase for delivery of Process valves for the heat pump plants in Finland: one located in Espoo (option) and the other in Kirkkonummi. Scope of supply consists of the following complete Process valves. The final scope and options will be announced later in the ITT material: •Process valves Including the following valves and services, but not limited to: •district heating butterfly (preliminary sizes: DN 400-700, estimated amounts 30 pcs per each plant) and ball valves (preliminary sizes: DN 15-350, estimated amounts 200-300 pcs) •hydraulic damped check valves (preliminary sizes: DN 400-600, estimated amounts 6-8 pcs per each plant)•butterfly and ball valves for cooling systems •safety valves •all needed gears actuators (motor) •packing for transportation •transportation of distribution valves to construction site •operation and maintenance manuals and instructions •possible training for operation and maintenance personnel. •documentation and machine cards •spare parts (option)
