Description:
This invitation to participate in public procurement concerns the meter installation and maintenance service of district heating and district cooling networks in the network area of Espoo, Kauniainen and Kirkkonummi.
The service includes on average a total of approximately 800-1200 metering-related tasks each year. Tasks are e.g. meter settingnew projects, meter replacements and troubleshooting and repairs.
The service includes, among other things, the following areas:
-Installation and maintenance work of district heating and cold meters purchased by the Subscriber in the Subscriber's network area
-Interim storage of meters purchased by the Subscriber. (The subscriber strivesto keep the necessary amount of equipment in stock, so that the pre-planned meter changes can be carried out on the intended schedule.)
-Welding work of the district heating and district cooling network related to metering, if necessary
-Meter testing and calibration services (either independently or with a subcontractor'sutta)
-In matters related to the measurement of end-user technical support
-Reporting related to the service
The service provider must be able to:
-Serve end customers in Finnish and, if necessary, in English
-Create a system integration from the Subscriber's system to its own for orders and tasksfor managing and reporting.
-To implement the service with the response times and resources specified by the Customer.
