Description:
This request for participation concerns the pipe and equipment installation work of the project and, as a possible option, the insulation work.
The contract includes two different sites; Kirkkonummi (KOL) and Espoo (HEP).
The contract includes, but is not limited to, materials, transportation, installation work, inspections, documentation, lessences and warranty period obligations for the following preliminary scopes and possible options.
The scope of the contract is tentatively as follows. The final contract scope is given in the request for tender phase.
LOT 1: KOL- Heat pump plant Kolabacken, Kirkkonummi:
The scope of delivery includes the following materialslit and installation work, but not limited to:
-Pipeline: materials and installation work in accordance with standard EN 13480, the Pressure Equipment Directive and local laws/regulations, as well as in accordance with the Technical specification
-Pipeline meters initially about 3.5 km
-Pipe sizes initially: DN6-DN800
-Pipeline greatri and secondary brackets: material and installation work
-Steel structures: material and installation work
-Steel care levels: material and installation work
-Installation work on equipment supplied by the customer (for example: process pumps, heat exchangers, valves, flow measurements)
-Scaffolding
-Hauling and liftingequipment
-Other supporting work
-NDT and other testing in accordance with EN standards and pressure equipment directive
-Documentation
Delivery scope of the optional insulation option: Insulation materials and installation in accordance with local standards and regulations
