- The object of the acquisition is the maintenance and emergency service of UPS equipment, which is aimed at Pääkaupunkiseudu Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (KLOY), Ruskeasuo Varikkokiinteistö Oy (Ruha), Helsinki City's Transport Department (HKL), Länsimetro Oy (Länsimetro) and For equipment owned or maintained by Sammalvuoren Metrovarikko Oy (SMV). The procurement is carried out as a procurement ring. The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas:-Länsimetro and Sammalvuori Metrovarikko-Kantametro (HKL) and Ruskeasuo Varikko-Eaton UPS equipment The provider can offer one or all three areas. One contract partner is selected for each sub-area. Procurement includes three main service tasks: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS equipment, 2. Emergency service 3. Batteries replacement Preventive and corrective maintenance as well as fault update includes the service and maintenance contract for current and purchased equipment within the defined scope during the contract period. The anticipated total value of the acquisition, calculated based on four (4) years, is a total of approx €1.7 million (VAT 0%). All the involved areas have been taken into account in the assessment.
