Description:
The object of the acquisition is the maintenance and on-call service of UPS equipment, which is aimed at those owned by Paakaupunkiseudu Kaupunkiliikken Oy (KLOY), Ruskeasuo Varikkokiinteistoe Oy (Ruha), Helsinki City Transport Division (HKL), Lansimetro Oy (Lansimetro) and Sammalvuori Metrovarikko Oy (SMV) or to devices under maintenance responsibility. The procurement is carried out as a procurement ring.
The procurement is divided into three (3) areas:
- Lansimetro and Sammalvuori Metro Depot
-Kantametro (HKL) and Ruskeasuo Varikko
-Eaton UPS equipment
The provider can offer one or all three areas. To everyone one contract partner is selected for the sub-area.
The acquisition includes three main service tasks:
1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS equipment,
2. Emergency service
3. Spare parts
Preventive and corrective maintenance and fault updates include the service and maintenance contract for current and acquired equipment to the specified extent during the contract period. The anticipated total value of the acquisition, calculated over four (4) years, is a total of approximately €2M (VAT 0%). All the involved areas have been taken into account in the assessment.
The service includes the purchase of batteries according to this plan and the purchase of other spare parts fully installed in full working order. For more details on the procurement target, see Appendix 1 Service description.
