The procurement services of Numera Palvelut Oy (Sarastia) will request your bid from the mobile prefabricated prefabricated buildings in accordance with the tender documents. The acquisition is a construction contract by nature. Tendering is performed as an open procedure which is a selection basis for overall economic affordabilityAnd as a benchmark, the best value for money. The weight is 0p and the quality is 100p. The invitation to tender does not ask for pricing buildings, but the final buildings leased to the customer are defined according to the needs of the contract period and will be subjected to separate mini -competitionsby subscribers. A maximum of 10 acceptable providers are selected for the framework arrangement. The selection is made in the order of the tenderers. If several tenderers earn the same number of points, the contracting entity will complete an impartial draw to select the winner. Drawis the case -law accepted.
