TARGET OF DPS
The target of this dynamic procurement system (DPS) is the delivery of office furniture and related services to customers of Hansel Oy. The object of DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.
DPS CLASSES
The dynamic procurement system is divided into two(2) to an independent category (sub-area):
- Category 1: Furniture as procurement of goods
- Category 2: Furniture as procurement of services
The products and services included in the category are described in attachments 1a "DPS target, category 1 Furniture as procurement of goods" and 1b "DPS Target, Class2 Furniture as a service purchase".
The candidate can apply to one category or both categories with one application. The candidate must indicate in the section "Procurement object criteria" in which category/categories the candidate submits the application for participation. The candidate must submit the prerequisites for each category applied forannexes and reports showing the suitability of the candidate and compliance with the request for participation.
A class-specific DPS contract will be made with accepted candidates for each class.
DURATION OF DPS
The duration of DPS is 12.10.2021-11.11.2025.
DPS acquisition phase starts after the establishment phase on the 12th.11.2021. The procurement phase of the DPS ends when the DPS expires on 11 November 2025.
Hansel has the right to suspend the dynamic procurement system or its individual category (category 1 or 2) during its validity. During the duration of DPS, all interested candidates can apply for participation...
