- OBJECT OF THE DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
The object of this dynamic procurement system (hereinafter also "DPS") is the provision of user services for the premises and related additional services to the customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel) under the conditions defined in the request for participation, as defined by the customerin these sites and facilities.
DPS' site is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.
CATEGORIES OF THE DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
The dynamic procurement system is divided into three (3) independent categories. The categories include the service combinations mentioned below with additional servicesn:
- Category 1. Cleaning services and Security and lobby services
- Category 2. Cleaning services and Catering service auxiliary tasks
- Category 3. Additional services of premises.
A candidate can apply for one or more categories with one participation application. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the candidate willsubmits the required attachments and reports showing the suitability of the candidate for each category applied for and compliance with the participation request.
DURATION OF THE DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
DPS is valid until 31 December 2025, unless it is interrupted earlier. During the duration of DPS, all interested candidatesat can make an application to participate in it.
