Description:
The subject of the procurement is the premium computers to be purchased for the special needs of Valtor's customers and the related accessories, supplies and services in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The procurement was suspended on January 30, 2026, and it will now be put out to tender again. The minimum requirements for the products and services to be procured are described in the appendices of the tender. The anticipated value of the procurement during the contract period, taking into account the option periods, is 1,500,000 - 2,000,000 euros. The contract period is one (1) year. The subscriber has the right to extend the contract period with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The draft procurement contract is attached to the request for tender. The customer is not bound by the quantity purchase obligation. The given purchase quantities are estimates and are subject to change. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Supplier does not get the exclusive right to deliver products and services in accordance with this agreement to the Customer, and the Customer can also acquire similar products and services from possible others from their suppliers.
