• Change and expansion of the site plan of the approximately 10 ha area defined in the general and site plan as a block area (T) for industrial and warehouse buildings into an industrial and warehouse area, where a significant, hazardous chemical manufacturing or review of the storage facility (T/kem) and the transport systems of the area and change/expansion of the site plan as necessary. The site plan valid in the planning area has been approved in 2022 and the partial general plan for the center of the area in 2020.
