• Description:
• The city of Naantali/Planning requests an offer for the preparation of a nature assessment for Luonnonmaa island and the surrounding area. The area delimitation appears in the attachments of the request for tenders. The destination is Luonnonmaa and its nearby islands, for which a new partial master plan is being drawn up. You have to work including a nature survey report with map data suitable for the site as background material for the master plan work. The report must include a summary and conclusions, the conclusions must also be presented to support the zoning of the area. The report must include a description of the survey area and background information, as well as the methods used in the survey and the persons who performed the survey work and were responsible for it. From the point of view of zoning, the relevant observations must be aligned and limited to the map of zoning with exacting precision. References to the studies, source data and methods mentioned in the report must be recorded uniformly in the context and in the list of sources and literature. The report must have a clear summary and conclusions for planning. The work is written in Finnish. The report is delivered in pdf format and the map material with boundaries must also be delivered in vector format (recommendation shp.) in accordance with the spatial data instructions of the Naantali Nature Survey (in the attachment). Possible additional work will be agree in advance with the customer. The finished report must be handed over to the customer by 15 October 2026.
