The subject of the procurement is consulting services related to the preparation of the master plan for the wind power component of offshore wind power projects, the implementation and implementation of the EIA procedure, and the related technical reports. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas. Bids by sub-area are allowed, bid volumei leaves only one or both areas.
