- FimLab Laboratories Oy competes in the needs of its area of operation and Southern Ostrobothnia for the welfare area of the vitro medical equipment/tubes for germs for growing and detecting microbes. This is a joint acquisition of several contracting units; Fimlab's share of the acquisition isabout 80 %, 20 %in Southern Ostrobothnia.
The acquisition is divided into seven areas. Two (2) most economically advantageous suppliers are selected for each area.
The length of the contract period is two (2) years. It is possible to continue the agreement in one two -year option period.
The contract beginsIt is estimated that in June 2025, with the exception of the preparatory cups (sub-area 1, products 1-2, chromogenic bowls and sub-3 products 1-3), for which the contract will begin at the earliest on 6 July 2025 at the end of the current agreement.
Fimlab Laboratories Oy tends and makes a procurement decision on joint procurement.Fimlab Laboratories Oy and the welfare area of Southern Ostrobothnia shall both conclude their own contracts with the suppliers selected in the decision.
Consumption volumes of the products to be purchased are based on previous consumption information or estimates of future consumption.
