• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the framework arrangement of preparedness and contingency planning expert services to the extent specified in more detail in the procurement documents. The framework arrangement is divided into two different areas:- Area 1: Preparedness planning and expert services for continuity management - Sub-area 2: Sub-area 2: Expert services for preparedness and continuity management training and education It is possible to leave the offer in one or both sub-areas. The framework arrangement has more detailed information described in appendix 1 description of the object of procurement. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period begins with the signing of the framework agreement and is valid for a fixed period of three (3) years. After the fixed-term contract period, the contract can continue with an option period so that the option period is one year long. The contract ends automatically, if the contract has not been terminated or the option period has been activated. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK The anticipated maximum value without VAT of section 1 is 300,000 euros, including any of the option period. The predicted maximum value without value added tax for sub-area 2 is EUR 600,000, including any option period.
