• Description:
• The customer is all the different service entities of the city of Turku, as well as communication and marketing services in particular, which is responsible for city-level and brand marketing. The city of Turku emphasizes digital marketing in media purchases, if not the target group in terms of print advertising is considered essential. Order quantities vary annually and seasonally. Advertising is purchased during the contract period as needed, and the Subscriber does not commit to a specific purchase quantity or value. The contents of print and digital advertising include e.g. various leisure content and service marketing, official announcements, plot marketing, recruitment announcements and content connected to the umbrella brand. Target groups include e.g. young people, working age, seniors, immigrants, companies, attracted new ones residents and businesses, tourists and residents of the Turku area. The city of Turku acquires media visibility locally, regionally (e.g. provincially), nationally and internationally. Media visibility is obtained e.g. of these channels: - News media (printed and digital) - Radio advertising and digital audio Part of the city of Turku's media presence is acquired through advertising agency and marketing service contracts, and they are limited to the scope of this procurement. The acquisition also does not include outdoor advertising. In addition various larger event campaigns can be implemented separately as small purchases as needed.
