Description:
The subject of the procurement is the delivery of communications and marketing print products and duplicating works to subscribers under the conditions specified in this request for tenders and its appendices. Products are purchased during the contract period according to the actual needs of the subscribers. The acquisition does not include a quantity purchase obligation. Bthe allocation has not been divided into parts. One (1) contract supplier will be selected as the supplier for the framework arrangement based on the overall economic advantage. The acquisition includes e.g. the following product groups defined in the request for tenders: brochures, manuals, roll-ups, posters, and others in the request for tendersdetailed communication and marketing printed products and printing works. On the basis of the contract, subscribers can also order other communication and marketing print products and duplicating work from the contract supplier's selections, in which case the contract conditions of the framework arrangement will apply, unless otherwise specifiedto agree in writing. The actual contract period is supposed to start on 01.03.2024 and end on 28.02.2025. Subscribers also reserve the right to extend the contract with three (1 1 1) one-year option periods.
