- OBJECT OF THE DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
The object of this dynamic procurement system (hereinafter also "DPS") is printing and peripheral devices with accessories and related services for customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter Hansel) under the conditions specified in the request for participation.
The object of DPS is described inabove in the request for participation and its attachments, especially in appendix 1 "Object and conditions of DPS" and appendix 2 "Services and their minimum requirements". supplies
- Category 2. Total submissions
A candidate can apply for one category or both categories with one participation application. The candidate must submit the required attachments and reports showing the candidate's suitability and compliance with the participation request for each category he/she has applied for. Duration of DPSduring this period, all interested candidates can apply for participation.
Duration of DPS
Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among the candidates accepted for each category of DPS with category-specific internal tenders of DPS, which can be scheduled during the entire procurement phase of DPSunder. The acquisition phase of DPS starts after the establishment phase on 10 December 2021.
DPS is valid until 31 December 2025, unless it is interrupted earlier. Hansel has the right to suspend the DPS or its category during its validity. Procurement contracts must be concluded before the end of DPS. The procurement contract may be in force... - Documents:
