• With this request for tenders, a two-year contract for the printing of Christmas calendars for parishes in the capital region, printing of addresses and delivery to distributors and parishes for the years 2026 and 2027 is being tendered. The customer also has the right to obtain similar matters as an option for the year 2028. One supplier will be selected to carry out the procurement. The Helsingin parish association will make a decision on this tender on behalf of all parties involved. The capital region's parish associations decide each year separately, whether they are involved in implementing the Christmas calendar. The decisions for the year 2026 have been made and the number of Christmas calendars printed in 2026 will be approximately 370,000 copies. About 330,000 addresses are printed. Delivery is to approx. 25 different addresses (distribution company, Kyrkpressen's printing house in Kokkola, approx. 23 parish addresses in the capital region). The Christmas calendar is different every year. The Christmas calendar has a common cover image, 3 language versions of the inside pages and a maximum of 30 versions of the back cover. Calendar details the requirements are described in the section criteria for the object of procurement. The tenderer must deliver two model calendars, on the basis of which the implementation of the calendar's rigidity and distribution durability will be evaluated. Offers that meet the requirements are taken into the price comparison. The comparison price is the unit price according to the order quantity of 2026.
