The target arrangement of the acquisition is subject to printing equipment and services as defined in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. is divided into five (5) sub-areas (OA) as follows:- OA1: multifunctional and printing equipment, maintenance services and security printing in particular state Agencies- OA2: Multifunctional and Printing Equipment, Service and Security Printing Software- OA3: Multifunctional and Printing Equipment, Service and Safety Printing Saa4: Multifunctional and Printing Equipment for Leased, Service and Security Printing OA5: Other Printing Equipment The service offer request and its annexes also use abbreviated names OA1, OA2, OA3, OA4 and OA5. The object of acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, especially in Annexes 1, 1.1 and 1.2. The selection of suppliers for the framework arrangement is described in the "Basics of decision -making". The contract period is four (4) years.As for a framework agreement can only be made during the validity of the framework agreement, however, so that the products ordered come deliver no later than six (6) months after the end of the framework agreement.
