Description:
The City of Kotka requests offers for printing services and copying services for building drawings in accordance with the invitation to tender and the attachments.
The acquisition is divided into the following areas:
1. Printing services
2. Printing and copying the technical and building drawings
To sub-region 1 during the contract period The printed products to be ordered include brochures, hand programs, posters, maps, signs, stickers (including floor stickers), taping (eg window or vehicle tapes), bookmarks, exhibition tables, banners, fabrics, rollups and business cards. In addition to these can be ordered paper prints (handouts). Printing services are included in the installation of printing products on the site.
Printing and copying products to be ordered during the contract period 2 during the contract period include various CAD prints and their additional prints, as well as copies of different sizes.
From both areas The formation of their own framework arrangements are formed for three (3) framework contract partners. The duration of both framework arrangements is four (4) years.
The printing of the signs and the printing of the books are excluded from the purchase.
The targeted priorities of the agreement refers to this procurement of printed products Digital printing and offset printing.
Services are ordered within the needs and appropriations of the contracting unit, and the framework arrangement does not include a quantity purchase obligation for the contracting entity.
