• The city of Järvenpää maps the market/ideas of private employment agencies for job seekers in the Central Uusimaa employment area. The purpose of this information request is to survey the service providers on the market, their views and development ideas for future possible bidding. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but part of the market dialogue. Now is a great opportunity to come up with ideas for the employment services in question, e.g. from the perspective of the following questions: The content of the service and implementation- What kind of services would you offer to different target groups, e.g. foreign speakers, young people, able-bodied, long-term unemployed? - How would your services support the improvement of customers' working life skills and transition directly to the labor market with your services through? - How would you direct customers to the jobs they are looking for in the labor market or to the hidden job market?- How would you take into account individual needs and the need for multidisciplinary support?
