- The object of the acquisition is the process chemicals used in the manufacture of microelectronics components. The quality of the chemicals must be suitable for the production of structures less than 0.5 Ξm (line width).
The purchased chemicals are used in VTT's clean room in Espoo (Micronova). ISO 4silicon, glass and thin-film microsystems are manufactured in a clean room intended for research and development use. VTT has around 50 research projects running simultaneously in a clean room. In addition, cleanroom equipment, processes and chemicals are used by around 20 external companies.
Hankinta is divided into four sub-units:

âĒ Sub-unit 2.1: AZ developers
âĒ Sub-unit 2.2: AZ photoresists
âĒ Sub-unit 3: Mixtures and special products
The tenderer can submit an offer in one or more procurement sub-units .
