• Procurement of 110/20kV, 25MVA main transformer for TLS Verkko Oy Procurement of 110/20kV, 25MVA main transformer for Rovakaira Oy Procurement of 110/20kV, 25MVA main transformer for Muonio Sähkoosuuskunna BACKGROUND AND OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT TLS Verkko Oy, Rovakaira Oy and Muonio Sähkösuuskunta are each intending to purchase a 110/20kV, 25MVA main transformer for the installation locations specified in more detail in the tender documents in the Lapland region. The preliminary object of the procurement is the procurement of three (3) 110/20kV, 25MVA main transformers, including: - The main transformer design, manufacturing in accordance with the Customer's separate technical specifications, - Testing of the main transformer at the factory and installation at the site, - Delivery and installation of the main transformer on the transformer base, and - Equipment of the main transformer in full operating condition and support and maintenance services. The customer is responsible for building the foundations for the main transformer and connecting the main transformer to voltage. Option 1: The acquisition tentatively includes the following mandatorily offered options ("Option 1") to TLS Verkko Oy, Rovakaira Oy and Muonion For the electrical cooperative with installations: - vacuum coil switch, - gas analyzer, - transformer cover safety post, and - maintenance-free electric air dryer. Each organization decides independently whether or not to acquire an option. Option purchase related more detailed conditions are described in the preliminary request for tender material.
