• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the security service, the purchase of service-related equipment and security assistant visits. In addition, the lifting assistance tasks of the social emergency service will be acquired. The services are procured for the customers of the Keusote welfare area. The procured service is getting by at home supportive and security-enhancing support service. The decision to grant the service is made by the subscriber. The customer does not commit to fixed procurement quantities of security service and lifting assistance tasks during the contract period. The security service to be procured includes the following entities: -round-the-clock security telephone alarm service for receiving customer alarms and alerting help, as well as security assistant visits every day of the year - agreement between the customer and the service provider (service agreement, keys etc.) -a security phone and/or an alarm carried by the customer and any additional devices -the delivery, installation, maintenance, repair and battery replacement of devices and possible additional devices - spare devices, security telephone and/or the customer replacement of the portable alarm intact and a new one in place of the lost device -picking up the device from the customer at the end of the service and deprogramming - collection, return and exchange of customer keys -user's guide for the customer/relative and the subscriber staff guidance and other support services included in the service - up-to-dateness and accessibility of the price list -other safety devices mentioned option to buy other security devices according to the service provider's collection.
