- The object of the procurement is aggregates used at the construction and maintenance sites of the city of Alajarvi for the period 1 February 2026 - 31 December 2029.
Aggregate is delivered to the work site, folded or carpeted according to the customer's instructions. According to the procurement unit's estimate, about 10% of the transports are directed to the Lehtimaki area. In addition to the delivered aggregates, the procurement unit requests an offer for various aggregates to be picked up by the city's own truck.
Distribution of procurement:
This the procurement is divided into parts in such a way that for the aggregates to be delivered, bids can be submitted by aggregate variety. Deliveries can therefore be distributed to different operators. Collections by the city's own car are a sub-area where the tenderer must offer all requested aggregates.
The offer selection criteria:
Regarding pickups by the city's own truck, the comparison is made by variety in the ratio price 40% / quality (pickup distance) 60%.
Quality requirements for aggregates:
The delivered aggregates must be CE-marked, excluding aggregates with a maximum grain size of more than 90 mm for which CE marking is not required. The maximum impact resistance/LA number of all delivered aggregates is 30. TS testing (suction pressure test) is required for Kam 0-16mm aggregates.
