• Subarea 1: Aggregates Section 2: Growth media Section 3: Covering materials and safety chips The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for aggregates, commercialized growing medium materials and bark coverings and safety chips for acquisition. The procurement is divided into three (3) areas: 1. Section 1: Aggregates 2. Subarea 2: Growth platforms 3. Section 3: Covering materials and safety chips. The customer selects, per product line, for the framework arrangement formed on the basis of the tender: 1. For sub-area 1: Aggregates, five (5) suppliers and two (2) substitute suppliers 2. For sub-area 2: Growth platforms, four (4) suppliers and one (1) substitute supplier 3. For sub-area 3: Covering materials and safety chips, four (4) suppliers and one (1) deputy editor. The tenderer can make his offer for one (1) or more areas of the competition. The duration of the agreement is four (4) years from the entry into force of the agreement. The estimated total value of the acquisition for four years without value added tax is 8,300,000 euros. The anticipated total value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) is distributed by sub-area as follows: 1. Sub-area 1: 4,550,000 euros 2. Sub-area 2: 3,250,000 euros 3.
