• Description:
• The acquisition targets agile programming work, software development and maintenance. The procurement unit is the University of Helsinki, and the goal of the procurement is to establish a framework arrangement for several suppliers, and based on that, others can also be ordered in an agile manner development-related services (e.g. consulting and user services). The anticipated value of the acquisition exceeds the EU threshold and the acquisition will be carried out through an open procedure. The procurement is divided into two different areas and the comparison basis for the competition is price and the total score obtained based on the quality comparison. The customer chooses the two most economically advantageous offers for both areas and makes framework agreements with the suppliers who have submitted offers for the services included in the request for offers delivery. The framework agreement to be drawn up is valid for forty-eight (48) months. During the term of the contract, delivery contracts can be made that start during the contract period, but end no more than twelve (12) months after the end of the contract after. Maintenance and operating service contracts can be concluded for an indefinite period.
