- Description:
- The Kainuu welfare area is requesting bids for magnetic resonance imaging equipment in accordance with this request for bids and other bid request materials. Tendering for procurement is procurement of goods exceeding the EU threshold in accordance with the Procurement Act (Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements 1397/2016).
To Kainu the wellness area acquires a 1.5 tesla MRI machine to replace the current (Siemens Magnetom Avanto Fit 1.5T) MRI machine. About 3,700 examinations per year (2024) have been performed with the current MRI equipment, of which about 7% have been examinations of children. Current MRI equipment technical data and features are given in Appendix 3.
The Kainuu welfare area selects one (1) supplier to supply the MRI equipment based on the procurement tender.
CONTENTS OF THE CORRECTION NOTICE:
- SPECIFICATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPARATIVE PRICE: The comparative price must include the item in question delivery and installation of the magnetic imaging equipment, warranty maintenance and periodical maintenance for the total duration of the stated contract period AND A POSSIBLE REFUND FOR THE OLD EQUIPMENT, under the conditions in accordance with the requirements and content of this tender document.
- ADDITIONALLY: object of acquisition a mention of the anticipated total value of the purchase without value added tax of EUR 1,400,000 has also been added to the description. The same information has already been included in the procurement announcement before, but the Kainuu welfare area has wanted to bring it up in the description of the procurement object as well.
