Description:
Luonnonvarakeskus (Luke) tenders a framework arrangement for fertilizers intended for arable farming for its cultivation areas in Ruukki, Maaninga, Jokioiis and Piikkioe in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices 1 - 7.
Procurement is divided into sub-areas by procurement area as follows:
1. Acquisition-area 1 Ruukki agricultural fertilizers
2. Procurement area 2 Maaninka agricultural fertilizers
3. Procurement area 3 Jokioinen field farming fertilizers
4. Procurement area 4 Piikkioe garden fertilizers
In sub-areas 1-3, three (3) suppliers with the lowest price per sub-area will be selected for the framework arrangement,between which a simplified competition is organized for the fertilizers needed at any given time. As a rule, light tenders are held three (3) times a year in March, June, and December. Purchases of less than 1,000 euros can be ordered from any of the framework agreements of each sub-areafrom the editor. In the first order of 2024, the prices given in this request for tenders and the order of priority established in the tender will be followed. Appendix 6 of the request for tenders also states other fertilizers that will possibly be ordered during the contract period.
In section 4 selectup to three (3) suppliers, who will be ordered from in order of priority according to the prices offered in the request for quotation. Appendix 7 of the request for tenders also states other fertilizers that will possibly be ordered during the contract period.
