• Description:
• The facility services of the technical branch of the city of Rauma is requesting bids for the Rauma Art Museum's fire, burglary and camera surveillance systems installed in accordance with this request for bids and the attached documents. Rauma Art Museum, Pinnala and Einola properties a voluntary fire alarm system as well as a burglary and camera surveillance system according to the plans will be installed. Systems purchased on a Turnkey basis in full working condition, installed, tested, inspected and measured.Total price includes dismantling the buildings' existing detectors and cabling in the necessary parts. The completion time for the dismantling and new installations of the electrical installations of the exhibition spaces on the first floor of Pinnala is 7.4. - 29 April 2026. The large exhibition hall on the second floor of Pinnala trying to keep open yo. time, so we try to carry out the installations without disturbances in those premises or in the attics next to the premises. The installations can be started earlier in Einola. The final schedule will be agreed separately with the user. If anything the deliverables are not specifically delineated in the plans, the scope of the contract includes the procurement, installation and commissioning of all the installations shown in the plans into full working order. All purchases and works presented in the plans are included in the contract including construction technical work, lifting and other auxiliary work as well as the purchase, erection and dismantling of scaffolding during work.
