Description:
The subject of the procurement is the organization of school transport for pre-primary and basic education in the municipality of Askola based on a public transport permit or taxi permit between 8 August 2024 and 03 June 2028 for those students who have been granted a transport benefit in accordance with the school transport principles.
The procurement includes several items whicha is defined in more detail in the tender document.
Estimates of weekly driving numbers are based on planned routes.
Service providers selected based on the competition make detailed route and schedule plans with route planning software independently and acceptableyou have them at the customer's place before starting operations.
Transportation students in the municipality of Askola have about 350 students, of which about 60 students only use chartered transport and about 75 students use public transport as supplementary rides as needed.ri, but acquires services during the contract period as needed. The customer does not commit to a minimum number of transports, but the routes and the necessary transports are formulated annually according to the need. In the municipality's school transportation principles, the priority is to utilize the existing juAvoid traffic.
