Description:
The city of Mikkeli requests offers for financial management of full power of attorney for stock and interest investments as well as full power of attorney financial management or consultative financial management of alternative investments in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices. If alternative investments are offered in fullwith the financial management of the power of attorney, the agreement can be separate from the financial management of the full power of attorney for share and interest investments. This is a service procurement that exceeds the EU threshold.
The investable wealth of the city of Mikkeli is around 80 million euros. The request for tender covers a share of around 80 million eurosI don't. 3 asset managers for equity, interest and alternative investments will be applied for in order to manage this asset lot, which means that the outsourced portfolio will be approx. 26.7 million euros per asset manager. Agreements are valid until further notice.
Selectable servicesbidders do not have the exclusive right to produce the services that are the subject of procurement. At a later stage, the procurement entity reserves the right to increase or decrease the asset managers' investable assets. The procurement unit will decide at a later stage how to allocate possible additional investmentsia or investment deductions from the assets managed by the asset manager on the basis of what is appropriate in terms of the goals set for the investment activity....
