Description:
The object of the procurement is bakery products, such as fresh bread and pastries, to be procured and delivered to various offices of the city of Uusikaupunki (hereinafter also the "Procurement unit"). The procurement includes the delivery of the products to the following to delivery points:- Wintteri kitchen (production kitchen): Pohjoistullatie 3, 23500 Uusikaupunki / Deliveries must be made by 8:30 a.m. on the day of delivery. The earliest time of delivery is 7:00 a.m. - Wintteri kitchen cafe: Pohjoistulitie 3, 23500 Uusikaupunki / Deliveries must be made by 8:30 a.m. on the day of delivery. The earliest delivery time is 7:00 a.m. - Saarnisto service center (service kitchen): Santtiontie 15-17, 23500 Uusikaupunki / Deliveries must be made on the day of delivery at by 9:00. Earliest time of delivery is 7:00 a.m. - Kalanni school (service kitchen): Urheilutie 2, 23600 Kalanti / Deliveries must be made by 9:00 a.m. on the day of delivery. The earliest delivery time is 7:00 a.m. The procurement unit reserves the right change delivery destinations and times. If there are more delivery points during the contract period, the new delivery points can be included in the contract. The products are ordered separately from each delivery point according to the needs of the Purchasing Unit. The products are delivered to each location on weekdays approximately 4-5 times a week. The procurement unit can place orders every weekday, and orders placed by 3:00 p.m. must be processed the same day, unless otherwise agreed...
