Description:
The municipality of Sipoo (later also the "Client") requests offers for the municipality's banking services in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. In the procurement procedure, one (1) supplier will be selected for the contract period 1 April 2026-31 March 2030. The client aims to centralize the banking services that are the subject of the request for tenders to the chosen one to the reporter. The contract does not give the winner of the competition the exclusive right to supply the customer with the services covered by the contract. The subscriber has other minor services at other banks or other service providers. The municipality of Sipoon and the business institution Sipoon Vesi use the same bank accounts. Money loans are not included in the purchased service. The service provided must meet the requirements that are based on the law in force during the contract period or the decree issued pursuant to it and which are in force at the time of the contract or which were then published and stipulated to become effective during the contract period. The service products may change during the contract period due to the development of payment services and/or regulations regarding the services. These changes can be made to the contract between the Subscriber and the producer by joint decision. If the changes have effects to the costs, these are agreed between the parties in a separate agreement.
