Description:
The welfare area of Länsi-Uusimaa has acquired the shares of Numera Palvelut Oy (business ID number 2360731-5) and decided, after the responsibility for organizing social and health care and rescue operations has been fully transferred to the welfare areas from January 1, 2023, to acquire Numera From Palvelut Oy, the critical basic financial and salary administration functions are procured from Palvelut Oy based on a preliminary report (temporary preparatory body of the Länsi-Uudenmaa welfare area 28.01.2022 § 25 and § 26). Administer Oyj and Numera Palvelut Oy are signed the letter of intent for the business sale of Numera Palvelut Oy for the purchase of financial, payroll and software business for welfare area customers on 19.12.2025. The Competition Authority (KKV) has given its approval for the business deal on January 30, 2026. The financial, payroll and software business of Numera Palvelut Oy's welfare area customers will be transferred to Administer Newco Oy, a subsidiary founded by Administer Oyj (business ID number 3558984-7) from 1 April 2026. The name of Administer Newco Oy will change from 1 April 2026 to Sarastia Oy. When the financial and payroll services of the welfare area of Western Uusimaa are transferred to Administer Oyj's subsidiary Administer Newco Oy, the procurement basis for the welfare area's financial and payroll services as affiliated unit procurement will be removed. The welfare region of Länsi-Uusimaa has launched both tenders for the financial administration system and tenders for HR and payroll system procurement in the fall of 2025.
