- Senaatti-kinteistoet is planning to tender the basic information technology and communication services needed by Senaatti Group. Senaatti kinteistoet is the state's real estate expert and office space partner, which is responsible for the maintenance of nearly 9,000 buildings and extensive investment projects.
Senaatti group consists of Senaatti real estate and its subsidiary Poulustuskinteistoe. The group also includes Senaat Asema-aluete Oy. In 2022, the group's turnover was €860 million. Senaatti Group has approximately 1,300 employees and operates in 28 locations across Finland.
HThe basic information technology services offered consist of the following entities:
* Basic information technology expert services, e.g. For Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, telecommunications and cyber security areas
* Terminal services
* User support
* Server management and monitoring services
* Capacity anddata center services
* Telecommunications services
* Cyber security control (SOC)
The operation of the Senate properties is safety-critical and basic information technology services require a high level of security and availability (24*7). The supplier is required to comply with TL IV in its premises and practicest security arrangements.
The procurement is planned to be carried out between March and May 2024, and the transfer of services from the current environments would be completed by the end of the current year.
