Description:
The welfare region of Central Myanmar requests your offer for batteries for the contract period 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027 and a possible option for the period 1 July 2027 - 30 June 2028 and 1 July 2028 - 30 June 2029. The use of the option is decided separately. The given prices are valid for the actual one during the contract period. After this, a price change can be presented for the option period for a justified reason in accordance with the JYSE terms and conditions. In the price change presentation, an appropriate and justified explanation of the development of costs and the reasons for the price change must be presented. Subscriber reserves the right to additional purchases in accordance with the procurement contract. Deliveries will take place during the procurement period in accordance with the contract at the times and batches announced by our logistics center. In addition to the conditions mentioned in the tender request, in procurement in other respects, the general contract terms of public procurement are followed (JYSE 2025)
