• Description:
• In 2026-2027 (2028-2029), the City of Helsinki's rescue service plans to acquire battery- and electric-powered rescue tools and supplies for demanding professional fire and rescue operations within the budget. The offer request concerns battery and the framework arrangement for the procurement of electric tools and supplies for the period 2026-2027 and for the option period 2028-2029. A maximum of three (3) independent suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement based on the lowest price. Under the same Y code only one of the participating bidders can be accepted. In addition to the framework arrangement, this request for tenders concerns the one-time procurement of hand tools, which will be won by the lowest priced tender. In the future, in the framework arrangement, each procurement will be lightly tendered out to three between the suppliers selected for the framework arrangement (mini competition). The lowest price tender will win the light bidding process, unless otherwise stated in the light bidding request. The basis of overall economics is the lowest price, if not otherwise stated in the request for tenders of the light tender. The estimated VAT-free value of the framework arrangement for two (2) years + two (2) option years is approximately 295,000 euros, including the one-time purchase. This procurement contract has not been divided into parts, because sharing makes the implementation of the contract too difficult technically and sharing can make different parts of the procurement incompatible.
