• Description:
• The City of Salo (hereafter Procurement Unit / Customer) requests bids for the procurement of building supplies and materials for the City of Salo in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The procured supplies are mainly used by the city spatial services, but also by other city service areas. The acquisition therefore applies to the entire city of Salo. The procurement is carried out as a framework arrangement, the detailed conditions of which are described in e.g. in the Contract Procedure section of this call for tenders. Acquisition the contract period is for two years and starts with the signing of the contract, but ends on 30 June 2028. The goal is for the acquisition contract to start in July 2026. The acquisition includes an option for two one-year option periods. Using the option refers to the continuation of the contract under the original conditions. The use and duration of the option is decided separately. The procurement includes the following areas: 1. Hardware store and timber products, 2. Painting, tiling, smoothing and concrete repair products, 3. Tools and fastening accessories. The bidder can submit a bid in either one or more sub-areas. As a rule, products are purchased as pick-up purchases, but also based on the order, as pick-ups of products already collected by the supplier and to the customer's office as deliveries.
