Description:
We are asking for an offer for the construction materials and lumber to be tendered for the Central Ostrobothnia Education Group. The contract is concluded for the period 1 January 2026-31 December 2027. The contract can be extended with option years 1+1 for the period 1 January 2028-31 December 2029. The use of option years is agreed separately. The request for tender is divided into three to the sub-area and sub-offers are allowed in such a way that the offer can be made for one or all sub-areas. If the bidder is selected as a supplier for several sub-areas, one contract will be formed from these procurement sub-areas. 1. part: building materials2. part: construction timber3. part: construction tools. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for parts 1 and 2. During the contract period, a mini-competition/price comparison will be made between the three selected suppliers for purchases made in these areas. One (1) supplier will be selected for sub-area 3 for the contract period. Building materials, -timber and tools are picked up from the supplier's store and delivered to the job site indicated by the customer. The tenderer must have at least one (1) Pick-up store in the Kokkola area. The procurement unit reserves the opportunity to bid for large one-off purchases (over €60,000 and contracts) separately. This tender concerns the procurement of small goods for the operating economy of construction industry education.
