• Description:
• The city of Espoo and the city of Espoo's group companies Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Keskuse Parking Hall, Kiinteistö Oy Opinmäen Kampus and Weegee Oy (later also the Client) are requesting offers for building measurements and information modeling consulting services. Acquisition implemented as a framework arrangement in accordance with the Procurement Act. The duration of the agreement is four (4) years from the signing of the agreement, however until 31.7.2030 at the most (an estimate that will be specified during the signing of the agreements). The procurement is divided into four to the sub-area: Subarea 1: Data model coordination, management and other expert tasks related to building data models Sub-area 2: Building measurement and preparation of the inventory model Sub-area 3: Artificial intelligence-based data modeling Subarea 4: Visualization A maximum of five (5) consultants will be selected for sub-areas 1 and 2 each. A maximum of three (3) consultants will be selected for sub-areas 3 and 4 each. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Object of the procurement description". The estimated total value of the acquisition without VAT is €2,865,000.
