• The city of Äänekoski requests your offer for the purchase of two access control and cash register systems for the swimming hall and sports facilities, as well as the purchase of two library cash register systems with equipment as a Saas service. The acquisition includes interface transfers of sales transactions for accounting. Cash system payment methods according to EMV standards (bank and credit card payments, sports and culture vouchers, cash payments, invoicing) and it must have functionalities for customer grouping, selection of several products/product packages (series, seasonal and product packages on the same RFID chip) and real-time visitor monitoring and reporting. As equipment, door readers for RFID card readers, access gates (sash report and barrier-free access gate) and access control controllers will be purchased. Supplier installs possible obstacles to prevent bypassing of access gates. Support and maintenance services are included in the purchase. The offer must also include the prices requested as options. Option prices are requested as additional information and do not affect the comparison of offers. The subscriber is not bound Äänekoski's VesiVelho has an average of 65,000 visitors a year, and Suolahti's swimming pool has 34,000 visitors a year. About 1,500 physical RFID cards with the city's logo are purchased each year. Both swimming halls have their own swimming hall cash desk and cafeteria.
