Description:
The object of the acquisition is a learning materials acquisition channel from which users acquire digital and/or printed learning materials, related peripheral materials or accessories, learning games or applications or other digital or printed content that can be used in education anda in teaching. Material is acquired for use in early childhood education, pre-primary and basic education, secondary schools and immigrant education. The products can be in Finnish, Swedish or other languages.
In addition, the purchase includes a service portal as a separate area.
Tiera and the City of Helsinki kilpay the procurement as a procurement ring in such a way that Tiera prepares its own framework agreements with the Suppliers for the learning materials procurement channel and service portal. However, the city of Helsinki draws up its own separate procurement contracts with the selected suppliers, so that sub-area 2 is Helsinkioption for the city.
Suppliers and Tiera's customers agree on the use of services with separate subscription agreements based on the framework agreement.
If necessary, the winning bidder of section 1 of the competition will draw up separate contracts with its Product suppliers and other subcontractors. Subarea 1the supplier is responsible for the Product suppliers of the Products offered in the Learning Materials procurement channel, their contracts and management.
Customers interested in the framework arrangement and the estimated total value of the procurement are stated in the tender request's appendices 13 (OA1 and OA2).
