• This is not a request for bids, but an advance notice of the planned competition! The city of Espoo will request offers for cleaning and maintenance services for bus drivers' toilets and rest areas. The object of the acquisition is Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) cleaning and maintenance services for bus drivers' toilets and rest areas to those locations where cleaning and maintenance services are organized by the Service Production of the Tilapalvelut-liikelaitsut of the city of Espoo. The services to be procured include maintenance and annual maintenance cleaning of the sites and small-scale maintenance work. The city of Espoo intends to select one (1) service provider and three (3) alternate suppliers based on the tender. The purpose of this announcement is § 57 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). shortening of deadlines in accordance with subsection 2; the announcement is just preliminary information about the upcoming competition. This announcement does not solicit participation applications or offers. The information presented in the announcement is preliminary and may change during the competition during preparation. According to the current estimated schedule, the call for tender will be published in March-April 2026. The contract period is planned to start in June 2026. The start date of the contract period is an estimate and the contract period begins when the procurement decision has been the force of law and the contract is signed.
