• Description:
• The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests bids for the procurement of cleaning services for the bus drivers' toilets and rest areas. The object of the procurement is the toilet and break room cleaning services for those locations where cleaning services are organized by Espoo city's Tilapalvelut business department's Service Production. In addition, the purchase includes the cleaning services of the wind locker of Leppävaara parking lot. Acquisition the targeted services include the maintenance and annual maintenance cleaning of the properties as well as additional work that can be ordered separately, such as vandalism cleaning and cleaning and protection of the floors. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is attached to the request for tender "Description of the object of acquisition". The contract is concluded with one (1) Supplier. In addition, three (3) deputy editors will be selected. The contract is valid until further notice. The anticipated total value of the acquisition without VAT is €400,000.
